What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the Warranty Period (1 Year), Iso-Stick will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What does the process entail?
It is up to the consumer to email CONTACT@ISO-STICK.COM with date of purchase and contact information to follow through with up-to-date procedures.

TIPS:
· When standing, hand should gently rest on handle with elbow bent at about 90 degrees.
· When seated, top of shoulder should line up with handle of Iso-Stick.
· The TALLER the stick, the more DIFFICULT it is to press for isolated exercises.
· The SHORTER the stick, the EASIER it is to press for isolated exercises.
Measure either STANDING or SEATED.
Standing: Measure from the floor to your elbow crease.
Seated: Measure from the floor to the top of your shoulder.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 45 days of the initial purchase date. All items must be in new condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost unless product has manufacturers defect.
